Photo Privacy Clause

When you upload personal images for product customization, we treat those files with the utmost care and security. This section outlines our policy regarding your submitted photos:

1. Purpose of Collection: We collect uploaded photos only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and creating the personalized product you purchased.
2. Usage Restriction: Your personal photos will never be shared, sold, or used for any other commercial purpose (such as advertising, marketing, or inclusion in our product gallery) without your explicit written permission.
3. Security and Storage: All uploaded photos are stored on secure, encrypted servers. We maintain strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Retention and Deletion: Once your order has been successfully completed and shipped, we will automatically delete your uploaded photos from our active servers within 7 days to protect your privacy and free up storage space. We retain necessary order details (like product and quantity) but not the original image file.
5. Your Consent: By uploading an image and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and grant us temporary permission solely to use the image to create and ship your specific order.
