Refund policy

Endless Thanks Co. creates custom, made-to-order products across two collections: Keepsakes (custom photo books) and Press It Hard (onesie bar events and apparel). Because everything we make is personalized and produced to order, the terms below apply to all purchases, with product-specific terms noted where they differ.

All Sales Are Final

Every item is made uniquely for you, so we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on preference, sizing, or change of mind once an order is placed. We encourage you to review all selections carefully before checkout.

This applies to custom photo books, custom-printed onesies and apparel, DIY Onesie Bar Kits, and digital products including the Plan It Hard Baby Shower Playbook. Once production begins or a digital file is delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

Event Bookings: The Soiree

Full payment for The Soiree is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event date receive a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your event date are non-refundable.

All other Press It Hard bookings, packages, and add-ons are final once booked and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Production or Shipping Issues

We stand behind our craftsmanship and printing partners. If your order arrives with a verified production defect or shipping damage, we will coordinate a replacement at no additional cost.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at hello@endlessthanksco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.

Eligible issues include binding defects, missing or duplicated pages, misprints or design errors made during production, defective transfers or print quality, incorrect size or item, and damage sustained during shipping. If approved, a replacement is issued promptly.

For DIY Kits or digital products, the same process applies: if a kit arrives damaged or incomplete, or you cannot access your digital file, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Client Responsibility

Because each product is created from selections you make and approve, Endless Thanks Co. is not responsible for low-resolution or blurry images submitted, sizing chosen incorrectly at checkout, color variations inherent to screen-to-print differences, typos or content errors approved in a final proof, or delays caused by late file submissions or proof approvals. Final approval confirms that all content, spelling, layout, and selections are accurate.
