This website is operated by Endless Thanks Co. Collective LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Endless Thanks Co., which offers products and services across two collections: Keepsakes (custom photo books) and Press It Hard (onesie bar events and apparel).
By visiting our website, purchasing from us, or booking a Press It Hard event, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, event clients, and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to use this website, place an order, or book a Press It Hard event.
Press It Hard events are family-oriented experiences and may include guests of all ages, including infants and children, attending with a parent or guardian. The person booking the event must meet the age requirement above and is responsible for any minors attending as their guest.
Use of the Website
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any federal, state, or local laws, to transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services if these Terms are violated.
Products & Custom Orders: Keepsakes
All Keepsakes books are custom designed and made to order using the materials, photos, and content you provide.
Because each product is personalized, all sales are final, orders cannot be canceled once design or production has begun, and returns and exchanges are not permitted except in cases of verified production defects. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
We make every effort to display product colors and finishes accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.
Event Bookings & Services: Press It Hard
Press It Hard event packages are booked in advance and require payment to secure your date.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for The Soiree are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. All other Press It Hard packages and add-ons are final once booked, with no cancellations or refunds.
By booking a Press It Hard event, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Legal Notice, including assumption of risk for event activities and responsibility for supervising any minors in your party.
Press It Hard may photograph or record events for documentation and marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
Pricing & Modifications
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or Services at any time without liability.
Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases and event bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or booking suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
User Content & Photo Uploads
By submitting photos, text, or other content for your custom book, you confirm that you own the rights to the content, or that you have permission to use it.
You grant Endless Thanks Co. a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of designing and fulfilling your order.
We do not sell or distribute your submitted content.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by Shopify and may include integrations or third-party tools. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endless Thanks Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, your purchase or use of products, delays in production or shipping, errors in user-submitted content, or your attendance at or participation in a Press It Hard event.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or event package in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endless Thanks Co. from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms, your attendance at a Press It Hard event, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
