At Endless Thanks Co., our Keepsakes books are custom designed and produced to order, and our Press It Hard collection offers DIY Kits and merchandise that ship directly to you. Because these products are personalized or made to order, production and shipping timelines differ from standard retail items.

Press It Hard's in-person event bookings, including The Soiree, are hosted on-site at your event location and do not involve shipping. Please see our Terms of Service and Legal Notice for event-specific details.

Keepsakes: Custom Photo Books

Production Timeline

All books are made to order. Standard production time is 2 to 4 weeks after we receive all required photos and content, and after your design proof is approved.

Production timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact hello@endlessthanksco.com prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Press It Hard: DIY Kits & Merchandise

DIY Onesie Bar Kits

DIY Onesie Bar Kits are packed to order and ship within 10 business days of purchase. To ensure your kit arrives comfortably before your event, we recommend ordering at least four weeks ahead of your event date.

Printed Onesies & Merchandise

Custom printed onesies and apparel are produced to order and are prepared and shipped within 14 to 21 business days of purchase.

Digital Products

The Plan It Hard Baby Shower Playbook is a digital product delivered by download link or email shortly after purchase. No physical shipping applies, and the standard shipping timeframes below do not apply to this product.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days via standard U.S. shipping.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifications.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery, include your order number, and provide clear photos of any visible damage.

We will coordinate with the carrier and, if verified, arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
