Before You Book
How does the cancellation policy work?
Full payment is due at the time of booking, and all sales are final. When you book the Soiree, we reserve your date and turn away other events for that day, so we don't offer refunds or cancellations. Life happens though: if your event needs to move, we'll reschedule you once within 6 months of your original date, subject to availability. If a new date won't work, we'll press your onesies and ship them to you so you never lose what you paid for.
DIY Kits are packed to order with materials we can't restock, so all kit sales are final. Digital products like the Playbook are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book?
Soiree: book 4-6 weeks out, weekends fill fast. DIY Kit: ships within 10 business days, so order 4+ weeks before your shower. The Playbook: instant download, yours immediately.
Where do you travel to?
The Soiree is currently hosted locally in the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota area. Planning something further out? Reach out and we'll see what's possible.
How long does the experience last?
The Soiree runs up to 4 hours, plenty of time for every guest to design something the mama-to-be will treasure.
Can I add custom phrases?
Our DIY Kits and take home onesies come with our curated set of ten designs, a mix of sweet and hilarious that we've already perfected. Want phrases made just for your baby? Add our Custom Phrase Pack, three designs written just for you, for $39. If you want the whole experience fully customized, our hosted Soiree is where we make that magic happen.
How many guests can participate?
The Soiree accommodates up to 20 guests. The DIY Kit is best for gatherings of 10. Bigger guest list? Message us before ordering.
Do guests keep their onesies?
Each onesie created at the event is a gift for the mama to be. Guests will receive a tag to write their name on so she knows exactly who made it, a personal touch she'll treasure every time baby wears it.
What do I need to provide at the venue?
For a hosted Soiree, we bring the full setup. You'll just need a sturdy table, a standard grounded electrical outlet within reach, and a heavy duty extension cord available at your venue. We handle everything else.
For DIY Kits, you'll need an iron or home heat press, a sturdy flat surface, and scissors. Full setup tips are included in your kit.
