Applies to: Endless Thanks Co. and Press It Hard, both operated by Endless Thanks Collective LLC.

This page applies to all visitors, customers, and event guests of our Keepsakes collection ("ETC") and Press It Hard ("PIH"). By using this site, purchasing a product, or attending a PIH event, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before booking or purchasing.

Part 1: Press It Hard Event Liability Waiver

Press It Hard hosts in-person onesie bar experiences that may involve heat press equipment, vinyl and adhesive materials, decorating tools, and other supplies. Babies, infants, and young children are often present at these events.

Assumption of Risk

By attending a PIH event, you acknowledge that decorating activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to minor burns from heat press equipment, skin or fabric irritation from adhesives and inks, and accidental staining or damage to clothing or personal items. You voluntarily assume these risks for yourself and any guest, including any minor, in your care.

Supervision of Children & Infants

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their own children and infants at all times during a PIH event, including during use of any equipment or materials. PIH staff will provide guidance but cannot assume supervisory responsibility for any guest's child.

Property

PIH is not responsible for damage to clothing, onesies, or personal items once they leave PIH's possession, including ink, adhesive, or heat-related effects that occur after decorating, or for items left behind after the event concludes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press It Hard, its owner, and its staff are not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from attendance at or participation in a PIH event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo & Video Release

PIH may photograph or video record events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your (and, where applicable, your minor child's) likeness in PIH marketing materials, unless you notify PIH in writing prior to the event that you decline this.

Cancellations

Booking and cancellation terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Important note on minors: Florida courts have historically placed limits on a parent's ability to waive a minor child's own right to bring a claim, particularly for activities outside school or government sponsorship.

Part 2: Keepsakes Service & Product Liability

Endless Thanks Co. provides a done-for-you luxury photo book service based on materials submitted by the client.

Submitted Materials

You represent that you own or have the right to use all photos, images, and files submitted to us. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or copyright of submitted materials, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your submitted content.

Care of Submitted Files & Physical Items

We take reasonable care with all files and any physical materials provided. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to digital files due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for physical items lost in transit. Clients are strongly encouraged to retain copies or originals of all submitted materials before sending them.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party printers, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.

Print Quality & Variation

Minor variations in color, finish, or material between digital previews and the final printed product may occur due to printing processes and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Part 3: General Terms (Applies to Both Collections)

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this notice is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Changes to This Notice

Endless Thanks Co. Collective LLC may update this Legal Notice at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
